Meet Dr. Spaude
Dr. Spaude is from Colorado and has also lived in Florida and Wisconsin. She went to Colorado State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience, a master’s degree in Toxicology, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Dr. Spaude has special interests in emergency, feline, and exotic animal medicine. She enjoys the fast-paced world of emergency care, bringing boundless energy, positivity, and compassionate care to Emergency Pet Clinic of Longmont.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Spaude is a passionate musician who enjoys playing instruments, singing, and leading a local band in her community. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, so you're just as likely to find her deep in the mountains – hiking, backpacking, or window shopping for her next adventure.
She has thru-hiked the Colorado Trail (485 miles in 33 days!) and dreams of tackling other long-distance trails in the future. At home, she shares her life with her human family and a house full of pets, including the love of her life- a handsome senior kitty named Leonidas.
